Parking is included in the daily resort fee. Parking is limited to one parking space per room with advanced notice.

Yes, Guests are charged a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus tax. The resort fee includes BBQ grill(s), beach access, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi.

A credit card for a $200 security deposit will also be required. (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

All Guest Suites at The Cove On Ormond Beach are nonsmoking. Electronic smoking devices are also prohibited. Guests will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for any damages caused by smoking in the Guest Suites. 

A renovation project of all Suites and corridors at The Cove on Ormond Beach is scheduled for June 1, 2023, with an anticipated end date of December 18, 2023. During the renovation, there will be limited parking, minor delays in elevator use and possible obstructed views due to lifts and cranes being used to move materials up and down the exterior of the building. Additionally, we anticipate increased noise levels associated with the construction occurring daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding.

Exterior painting of The Cove on Ormond Beach’s North and South Towers is scheduled to begin July 24, 2023, with an anticipated completion date in mid-October 2023. Balcony use will be impacted during this time, and some Guests may not have balcony access for up to 48 hours. Painting will occur daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
